The client's recruitment consultants were spending hours manually crafting campaign content for every client — generic job ads, inconsistent messaging, and version control managed entirely via email threads. Scaling was impossible without ballooning headcount. They needed a smarter engine.

Crux Digits designed and built a full-stack AI platform in just 6 weeks — a multi-agent content engine, a client portal, and a human-in-the-loop approval workflow. Every campaign now generates personalised recruitment content across four DISC communication profiles automatically.

What We Built

From a blank canvas to a production-ready platform in under two months. The MVP covers the end-to-end workflow: from campaign creation by the admin team to client review, AI generation, and final sign-off.

Super Admin Portal
Full campaign management, organisation control, AI generation trigger, content approval before client visibility.
Client Portal
Structured workspace for clients to review inputs, give feedback per DISC variant, and approve final campaign content.
Content Guide + AI Structuring
On first login, clients complete a brand & tone profile. A dedicated AI agent normalises this data for reuse across all campaigns.
Multi-Funnel Strategy Engine
SEE, THINK, and DO funnel stages run as independent jobs — generating strategically appropriate content per awareness level.
AI Image Generation
Designer Agent generates structured prompts for visuals. Optional image-reference upload (logo + 2 reference images) per campaign.
Feedback + Version History
Clients submit structured feedback per DISC variant. Admin team regenerates selectively. Full audit trail stored in the backend.
Dashboard & Metrics
Meter-based visual indicators per client, configurable by the admin team. Replaces spreadsheets and manual tracking entirely.
Multi-Campaign Types
Facebook Ads with full AI generation. Article and Email campaign types with manual content upload and selective publishing.
